Shipping Information:

Orders are processed and typically shipped the same business day or the following day depending on the time your order is received. If your item is out of stock or on back order, they will usually ship within 7 business days. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation and tracking information. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 business days.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Nutritional Supplements may be returned for store credit within 10 days if unopened and seal is intact. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

JES Organics brand name products:
We want you to be happy with your purchases, however, due to the organic nature and preservation of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is unopened, sealed and you contact us within one week of purchase and we arrange for return. All purchases are final sale unless the product was defective in some way which is highly unlikely due to our strict quality control. We offer samples of many of our products we encourage you to try them out prior to purchase if you have any doubts.
