Shipping Information:Orders are processed and typically shipped the same business day or the following day depending on the time your order is received. If your item is out of stock or on back order, they will usually ship as soon as the product comes back in stock. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation and tracking information. Please follow your tracking link and contact your local post office ASAP if there are any issues for example, they say it was delivered but you cannot find the package, tracking indicates package is delayed, lost or any other unusual issues.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Nutritional Supplements may be returned for store credit within 7 days if unopened and seal is intact. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
JES Organics brand name products: We want you to be happy with your purchases, however, due to the organic nature and preservation of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is unopened, sealed and you contact us within one week of purchase and we arrange for return. All purchases are final sale unless the product was defective in some way which is highly unlikely due to our strict quality control. We offer samples of many of our products – we encourage you to try them out prior to purchase if you have any doubts.
